Axcil Jefferies

He’s young and comes from Zimbabwe in Africa, has rich racing experience and most of all: he is very fast. He started his racing career in 2001. Then in the following years, Axcil Jefferies reached for titles in various racing categories. He won several times in karting championship (2001-2008), South African National Champion (2008), Junior MaxEuropean Championship (2008) and FIA Formula 2 Championship (2012). In 2009, Axcil Jefferies was awarded prestigious Formula BMW Scholarship Winner. And in 2018, he is competing in the prestigious Lamborghini Super Trofeo Championship. He’s also Senior Race Driver Instructor at Yas Marina Circuit.

It’s worth to mention that Axcil Jefferies remembers about his social responsibility. During his career, he was appointed ambassadorial roles such as United Nations Aids Global Sporting Ambassador, FIA Ambassador for Road Safety in Africa and Goodwill Childline Ambassador.

The great success of Axcil Jefferies!

It was a difficult but great weekend for Axcil Jefferies, a racing driver supported by FutureNet. During the final race of the Lamborghini Super Trofeo World Cup 2018, our driver took 3rd place in European series of races! The final ride at the Lamborghini Super Trofeo World Cup 2018 took place at the Vallelunga track in Italy, on November 15-18. The first two days were the finale of the European championship held as part of this series. Axcil Jefferies drove together with Fabian Vettel, brother of the famous driver from Formula 1, Sebastian. In the first race, our crew had some problems. Car drove by Axcil turned into the oil stain on the circuit and took some spins. As a result, our team fell low in the classification, but thanks to a good ride managed jump into the 7th place. There were also problems in the second race. The car driven this time by Fabian Vettel was hit in the back and was badly damaged. Even so, Axcil's team also managed to get out of trouble - this time, they finished 3rd and finished on the podium! During the weekend at Vallelunga, the drivers fought in World Final of Lamborghini Super Trofeo 2018. Also this time our team had some issues and they were serious. During the qualification, a gear bump exploded in our car. Mechanics have worked hard to fix it, but through the failure our team had to start the race from the last place.

Axcil Jefferies and his last race of the 2018 season

This will be the last 4 days in the season of the Lamborghini Super Trofeo World Cup racing series! From 15 to 18 November, the races will be held at the Vallelunga, Italy. After all of scheduled races, we will meet the champions of Europe and the world. Axcil Jefferies, driver supported by FutureNet, will take part in the Italian competition. On Thursday and Friday, November 15-16, drivers will compete in the last two races of the series, which will select the European Champion of the Lamborghini Super Trofeo competition. On Saturday and Sunday, November 17-18, there will also be two races. After them, the name of the best world rider of Lamborghini Super Trofeo World Cup series will be known! The racing series at the Vallelunga circuit in Italy will also be the last of this year's start of Axcil Jefferies. After returning to Dubai, an athlete supported by FutureNet will focus on training other drivers and on preparations for the new season of starts in 2019.


Results: Round 5 of the Lamborghini Super Cup 2018

On September 15-16, Axcil Jefferies and Konrad Motorsport raced in the round 5 of the Lamborghini Super Cup 2018. The competition was held in a place which is legendary in the racing world: Nurburgring track in Germany. Axcil Jefferies performed together with Fabian Vettel. On Saturday, Fabian drove the car as first. He managed to climb to the 13th place. Then Axcil took the steering wheel and did his best to jump even higher, to 8th place. In the end, the race was finished earlier due to competitors burning car. On Sunday, Axcil had some problems at first lap and had to climb from the last place. But as he points out, he had the best racing adventure of his life and managed to climb to the 8th place.


Lamborghini Super Trofeo Championship at Nurburgring

On Saturday, September 15, Axcil Jefferies will race in Europe. The driver supported by FutureNet will take part in round 5 of Lamborghini Super Trofeo Championship. The race will be held on legendary Nurburgring race track in Germany.


Good performance during Lamborghini Super Trofeo Europe

Axcil Jefferies finished fourth in Lamborghini Super Trofeo Europe race, which was held at the Spa-Francorchamps in Belgium on July 27-28. He had a chance to finish even higher but his car had problems with the gearbox. Due to technical issue, Axcil was able to finish just behind the podium.


Busy autumn for Axcil Jefferies

Axcil Jefferies, a young and fast driver from Zimbabwe, has a busy summer and will have busy autumn as well. He has two confirmed races: on Nurburging, Germany (14-16 of September) and on Vallelunga, Italy (15-18 of November). In addition to scheduled races, Axcil Jefferies will perform his job as a Senior Race Driver Instructor at the Yas Marina Circuit in Dubai.
